Jive!™ and w3labs Pte Ltd are committed to demonstrating and maintaining your privacy as a user and account holder, to protect the information that you have stored in our system.

Emails

You will not receive unsolicited emails from us, any emails that you receive will be based on your requests or as an account holder and have shared your email with us for the purpose of receiving news and updates from us.

You can stop receiving email updates from us by changing your subscription status. This will in no way affect your status as an account holder. You will however continue to receive emails based on your requests, such as password resets or any other email that you expressly request.

Information

We will not share, sell or rent your personal account information or subscriber (users who are on your lists) information with any third party without your advance permission or are required to do so legally by a court of law.

Information submitted will only be available to employees of w3labs and will only be used for purposes of contacting you or communicating with you based on your requests for service.

Cookies and other technologies may be used to keep track of your interaction with Jive!™ to offer the best possible personalized and enhanced user experience.

Upon termination of your account, all your information and subscriber information will be deleted.

Limited Liability

In no way will the liability of w3labs exceed the amount of monies paid for services nor will w3labs be liable for any indirect and/or consequential damages arising from the use of jive!™ for any purpose.

W3labs reserves the right to amend and make changes as required to this privacy policy. However, all account holders will be notified of such changes at least 2 weeks before such changes are made.
