Payments and Cancellations

Either party may cancel a user's Jive!™ account for any reason at any time. A cancellation request must be made by the user with his account ID in an email to subscriptions@w3labs.comor by written notice to:

Subscriptions and amounts paid for credits or any other Jive!™ are not refundable. All amounts to our service are pre-paid. As such, any cancellations that occur in the middle of a subscription period (month,  or year depending on payment schedule) will be made effective on the final day of the prepaid period. We will request for a confirmation by sending an email to the email address on record and a confirmation email from the same email address is required to complete the cancellation.
